The Nuon Magnum power plant in Eemshaven in the Netherlands has 6 Mitsubishi gas turbines with a production capacity of 1,200 MW, enough to provide electricity to two million households. Nuon Magnum power plant is based on coal gasification technology, which uses several fuels - gas, biomass and coal. Gasification is one of the cleanest and most flexible ways to generate electricity from solid or liquid fuels.

Randridge completed the electrical and instrumentation installation for the 1,200MW plant. The Randridge scope included installation of the fire and gas systems, IT, security, lighting, small power, HV/LV cabling and terminations & heat tracing, calibration and installation of instruments. commissioning and start-up.
